Ready to sell!
Well, I haven’t written a post in a while; we have been mega-busy prepping the house for sale. We have lived in the living room, lived everywhere but the living room, packed the PODS, unpacked the PODS (had to find the winter clothes 
), and tackled the very difficult task of finding a modern paint color that matches an out-of-date burnt orange carpet. But today we signed papers with our agent and on Wednesday the virtual tour company will come to take their pictures! We’ve just a few more things to finish – the list looks long, but it’s all very small tasks. What a huge effort it was, though. I suppose we could have spread it all out over our almost ten years of residency here, rather than cramming it all into two months…
